"For almost a month I have been getting the run around in regard to my flood insurance. One day I called, and they told me the system was down, I called the next and they told me Mario was not available that they would call me back-- the call was never received. I called another day, and the same thing. I let a couple of days go by, same thing. I let another week go by, I'm so sorry that no one has contacted you back, but let me get your information and when they get here with the code, I will give you a call. No call back. Another week passed by, hoping I would get a call, nothing. Here we are today; I called, and the representative told me the same thing. Mario is not available, when he gets here, I will have him call you. After a month of the same excuse, I doubt I will get a call back. Ridiculous. Time consuming. Inconsiderate individuals."

"I walked in after having the WORST customer service with the "Other" insurance company's. And for starters I was greeted with cheerful smiles and positive attitudes not the mention the pleasant sounds of today's top Country music playing in the background at a perfect decibel. My wait wasn't long at all considering there was no one there at the time. The cheerful lady's were all prepared to assist me all at once, however I had to choose one , Brenda Aguilar was my chosen State Farm rep. She immediately got down to business and gave me various quotes that applied to me and my income . After we secured my policy she went the extra mile and asked how was my other ins. needs being met in other areas (life,Home, etc after a short discussion and giving me some numbers to think about I was very pleased. Also I was delighted that she wasn't shoving them down my throat, that was real class and really showed me that they are not scavengers. Very respectful for the World we live in today . After my pleasant and satisfied visit I proceeded to leave and everyone was saying their goodbyes as if I've known them forever, really made me feel like a part of the family. A young lady opened the door for me as I walked towards the exit and to my surprise the team watched me drive away through the window waving.... Highly recommend this team if it's more than just insurance you're looking for ,as they bring insurance plus Family 💙"
